Whole Sheep greater than 1 year old. Mutton shares are all ground meat. Ideal for burger. Flat rate fee for mutton meat and ranch handling fees are due today only. Final butchering payment information below.
Formula for figuring the price of your farm to table purchase:
Flat rate whole sheep (ground mutton) ($220)
+ Ranch Handling ($30.00)
= Cost To Customer from Bodega Pastures: $250.00
This is the total cost due at check-out when placing the order. Squarespace fees applied at check-out.
Cost at Pick-Up From the Butcher:
Field Butcher cost ($50.00)
+ cut and wrap charge ($70.00) (in butcher paper)
= $120.00 due to butcher at pick-up
Important Information About Your Purchase:
Butcher will contact you directly for cut instructions around July, and butchering payment is due upon scheduled pickup ($70.00 + $50.00).
Ranch Handling Fee- Processing fee that goes to Bodega Pastures LLC’s laborers.
